desserTS Challenge 2020
The Hospitality department in the VET unit arranged the dessert challenge, inviting all hospitality students and teachers to participate. In this challenge, a student and a teacher formed a team to create a dessert using three mystery ingredients: coffee, pretzel, and raspberry. To enter the competition, they had to prepare the dessert, film the process, and submit the video along with the recipe and a final photo of the finished product. A board of judges evaluated all the submissions based on specific grading criteria to select the top three recipes.
